Support Level *
TIER 1: Self-hosted webinar. LTS sets up the webinar for you - including registration, polling, and reporting if you require that. We also provide a 10 minute training video on how to use the webinar functions, but you are on your own to run the event. If you want the webinar recorded you can use Zoom’s built-in recording features. The cost for this is $170 per webinar.
TIER 2: Full support. LTS provides all Tier 1 setup, and also provides hosting duties and tech support for the duration of the webinar. Tier 2 also includes a backup recording, and additional YouTube live streaming if needed. The cost for this is $340 for a webinar that is 1.5 hrs or less. For webinars over 1.5 hours additional labour costs will apply.

The host is able to initially open and start the webinar. The host email must be a @yorku.ca email associated with Passport York (PPY). Other emails such as @glendon.yorku.ca, @osgoode.yorku.ca, etc, can not be used for host, as they are not associated with PPY.
